This project involved the modernisation of a single hydraulic goods lift (serving the store’s loading bay, was one of numerous projects we have completed in partnership with M&S as part of their 2019/2020 rolling store refurbishment programme.

Working for RPS (their appointed consultant), we were tasked to find a solution to provide a more reliable lift with a modern control system, reducing health and safety risks for attending engineers as well as an improved user interface system.
