When Headway East London, a charity supporting individuals affected by brain injuries, reached out for help, we at Target Lifts were more than happy to assist. Their garden space had become inaccessible due to a long-out-of-service lift, preventing many members from fully enjoying the area.

 

Understanding the importance of this space, we volunteered our time to restore the lift. However, we needed vital parts to complete the repair, and our friends at Innovate Lifts stepped in to support us.

 

Together, we successfully reinstated the platform lift, making the garden fully accessible once again. Now, Headway East London’s community can enjoy gardening, growing vegetables, and spending time in a truly inclusive outdoor space.

 

This incredible charity does important work, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to contribute. A huge thank you to Innovate Lifts for their support and to Myles O’Brien for reaching out—it was our absolute pleasure to help!
