This hydraulic lift is located in a residential block in the heart of London. It serves levels G to 4 and is the sole lift within the building.

Although the project was completed ahead of schedule, it presented some logistical challenges due to its location on a red route. Deliveries had to be carefully coordinated, as the designated storage area was within the motor room in the basement, accessible only through a series of narrow tunnels.
