Very tough project due to the lift serving directly into residents flats and the lift shaft being extremely small.

During the project we had to revise the size of the lift car due to the dramatic deviation in shaft size.

We have implemented rarely used equipment due to the complexities in the shaft including motorised landing locks. 

The interior finish is bespoke to the clients request.

We encountered asbestos cladding within the lift well which was a large dictator in the need to change the lift cars size.

To overcome these issues we closely worked with the client, consultant and residents to adapt the lifts installation to suit its environment.
